searching for a painting (namely, the Mona Lisa): signifies the need to find something that is missing or needed in my life--in this case, the need for self expression. Paintings are also symbolic of my intuition and inner realizations

vampire: symbolizes seduction and sensuality, as well as fear and death; represents contrasting images of civilized nobility and aggression or ferocity; may depict someone in my waking life whose charm may ultimately prove harmful; deep down inside I know this person is bad for me yet I am still drawn to it; vampires also sometimes relate to decisions about sex and losing virginity; alternatively, to see a vampire may suggest that I am feeling physically or emotionally drained; the vampire may also be symbolic for someone who is addicted to drugs or someone in an obsessive relationship
